    After the years we went through the need to realize my dream was urgent

    Passionate by real-estate, travels and connexion with people, a management service coordination was the perfect position for me.

    Thanks to a business school in Montpellier (Groupe Sup de Co), and different international experiences on logistics and buyer (Johnson & Johnson in Brussels, Cemoi in Perpignan, etc), my previous life provide me precious keys to carry out this job.

    I get the opportunity to be host and traveller on Airbnb.

    If you don’t want to rent your home but you need it to be checked on a regular basis to be reassure.

    We guarantee to pass by, each 15 days.

    During the check up we :

    • Ventilate during 30minutes.
    • Check that their is no damage (breaking, leak, or other).
    • Check up security system
    • Inspect exteriors facilities
    • Read the meters
    • Send 5 pictures.

    Home staging’s pack

    We provide decoration advise to fully respond to short term location criteria.We also take care of the furniture/equipement/ decoration buying  and setting up.

    Small maintenance

    We can coordinate small reparation if need : we can put you in contact with artisan and coordinate the passage on the house/appartement.
